About Newest Update for Vigica Smart TV Box C60S DVB-S2

Last Week, we have already posted out the New firmware for Vigica C60S and C70S DVB-S2 CCCam box.

Update steps:

Method 1
( Usually, the box cant open normally, cant power on, and you want to make a fixed MAC to the box, please use this method)


   Format the SD card, then put the files and upgrade tools in SD card directly, then Connect the HDMI Cable with Vigica smart box and TV, Insert the SD card to the vigica box, Power on the vigica box, then the box will enter into upgrade system, please dont power off the system, after the box showing erasing, please take off the SD card from the vigica smart box. some seconds later, the box will tell you to input the MAC address by Scaaing or keyboard, after do that, please restard the Vigica box system, the box will auto restart again. update is finished.

Step 1:     Start update

Step2:  Insert the SD card and connect HDMI cable

Step 3:  Power on the box

 Step 4: the box will go enter update auto itself

Step 5:  the front panel showing

Step 6:  after the box showing erasing

Step 7: take off the SD card

Step 8: about 30 seconds, the box will restart

Step 9:  first entering system after update

Step 10:   update is success

Methods 2

( if you just want to update the bugs, the box can work well, please use this one, this methods wont tell you to write down the MAC)

Put the files to the USB or SD card  (Please note: only the Vigica files in USBor SD card  directly)

Power on the Vigica smart box firstly, after enter the main interface, Insert the USB or SD card to the vigica box, then go inside all apps-----Local upgrade, the box will read the data from USB or SD card, choose that files, the vigica Box will go to update by itself, then restart .

Step 1: power on the box, enter the application




Step 2: Insert SD card or USB to the box

Step 3: choose local upgrade


 Step 4: choose the firmware, press ok.




Step 5: the box will go entering update, then restart again.

      hello , you can put the files to the box, then insert the usb to the box, go enter local upgrade, press ok, then the box will be auto upgrade. then restart, please try.

      (1>aml_autoscript 2>factory_update_param.aml 3>recovery.img 4>g18ref_th12-ota-20141205.V0428-vi.zip 5>u-boot.bin 6>unlock_autoscript 7>boot.ing) to TF Card put all into SD card.
      if you power on firstly, then insert SD or USB to box, go local upgrade, you can only copy g18ref_th12-ota-20141205.V0428-vi.zip to usb, it is local upgrade.

      I have got it working, but maybe it is easier to put the latest files on the normal site ;)
      I have still problems using multiple c-lines.... i can't edit the c-lines last value "yes" in cccam.cfg
      And is there a: channel editor? a tv headend? a forum in english to discuss ideas/apps for teh box?

      Multiple C-line, you can edit cccam account by PC, then upload to the box. about the channel edit, i am so sorry, just now can edit by pc.

    If i look under Downloads on Vigica.cc there's only a .doc file about the new update, but not THE new update ;) And your box is getting popular so maybe some activity on a popular forum like https://www.sat4all.com/forums/

    If i upload the cccam.cfg in the box, it says "incorrect data file" the lines will upload, but the value is behind every line "yes" but it has to be clear...
    I tried with provided cccam.cfg from C-line provider and on my own but same results.
    And after that only 2 out of 6 lines are connected. Maybe there is a expert mode to change values in the provided Cline directly in the box?
    Will there be a channel editor in the future? and a way to stream the channels trough a home network on other devices?

      hello, my friend, yes, just only upload the doc in the webste, because the official website cant attach more than 300MB files, only can use china link . we will try to resolve this problem asap. tks for your suggestions about this problem

      friend, should be 20141205 version firmware, maybe SD card, then power on better, it will change the deep data. this blog have the steps picture, please try again.

    I've resolved problem of black screen... The box was conected by AV... I've conected with HDMI and now i have image on screen. Iv'e made the update of firmware... whem the message "erasing" apeared, i have removed TF Card like instructions... in the screen is "please plug in scannig bar and scan". Now wat i have to do?
